9.Transaction completes - Within 4-6 weeks typically, or within your timescales

10. Who is responsible for the property and the debt - We now service the mortgage and the maintenance enabling you to move on with your life

11. Vacate the property – You move to your new home leaving the debt and responsibility with us and during our agreed term, we clear the loan outstanding

12. Your expectations have been exceeded – You help us grow by referring colleagues or family members
